The Problem
EAV were experiencing high bounce rates and where unhappy with the overall design of their website. They where using an offshore developer to make changes to their site and didn't have the control that they need to update there site themselves.
Using device emulation we tested EAV's website in various browsers and devices and found their website was not mobile friendly despite being responsive. Menus where clunky to use and not properly positioned on mobile.
The Solution
To keep costs down, we suggested several themes for EAV to use which suited their brand and requirements. These themes included features which greatly improved both overall design and user experience. After agreeing the base theme for their new site we then gathered fonts, images and brand colors to customise EAV to fit their brand.
To allow EAV to manage their content more easily, we configured HTML editors on the products and installed extensions to help them build custom landing pages and forms.
