These terms cover your use of this website, dysc.co.uk. They're separate from any contract you and I agree for actual project work — if you engage me for a project, that's governed by the proposal, quote or agreement we sign, not this page.

Who I am

DYSC is a trading name of DAPA Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Full details are in the panel alongside this page.

Using this site

This site is here to explain what I do, show examples of past work, and let you get in touch. You're welcome to browse it and use the contact form for genuine enquiries.

You shouldn't:

• copy, resell, or republish the content on this site without asking first;
• use the site in any way that could damage it, disrupt it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it;
• attempt to access any part of the site or its underlying systems that isn't intended for public use.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, code, and case study write-ups on this site are mine (or used with permission) and protected by copyright. Case studies describe real work but are written in general terms — some are anonymised where confidentiality requires it, and none reveal client-confidential information.

Nothing on this site transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Rights in work I deliver for clients are covered separately, in the agreement for that project.

No warranty on site content

I keep this site reasonably up to date, but I make no promises that everything on it is complete, accurate, or current at all times. Nothing on this site is professional advice — if you want advice specific to your situation, get in touch and we can talk properly.

Enquiries and the contact form

Sending a message through the contact form doesn't create a contract, obligation, or client relationship between us. It just starts a conversation. Any actual engagement is confirmed separately, in writing.

Links to other sites

If this site links to somewhere else, that's for convenience only. I'm not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites, and a link isn't an endorsement.

Liability

I've built this site carefully, but I can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, including from it being temporarily unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that can't legally be limited or excluded — for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes relating to them fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

I may update this page from time to time — for instance if the business details change or the site itself changes. The version on this page at any given time is the current one.
