Asbestos Jobs were the first dedicated job board specialising in the asbestos industry. The website was designed to offer the perfect platform for employers to advertise to a specific marketing and receive applications from experienced asbestos professionals at low cost.
Towards the end of 2017, we were approached following the business' change in ownership and challenged DYSC to bring their outdated web design, ready for 2018. On top, they also requested a back-end system with a smooth operation for advertisers and job seekers to contact each other efficiently.
The team at Asbestos Jobs wanted the development to be similar to popular job board websites like Monster and Total Jobs. Following design progress with Asbestos Jobs and market research into competitor designs. Our development team came back with a simple design which promoted functionality and usability whilst also incorporating their branding.
The project was developed using our own DYSC CMS and boasts a completely new look with high-quality functionality to create a better user journey. The design also incorporated additional space to promote details about businesses seeking employees and advertisements which followed their specification closely.
We’re really pleased with how the development has progressed from a simple website with limited back-end function to a simple but effective design with seamless functionality.
