iSmart is one of the UK’s largest claims management companies. We provided an advanced, in depth and dynamic reporting system to allow them to grow their business and improve customer focus.

The reporting site was built using ASP.Net c# and Microsoft SQL Server. We used ajax requests to enhance the user experience and provide real time live reports.

The Challenge

iSmart needed to upgrade their reporting solution to provide them with live data on various views of their sales and customer data. They also needed to keep an eye on each part of their processes to ensure the workstream was being processed efficiently.

The Solution

We provided iSmart with customisable reporting dashboards which they could deploy throughout their office so that each team could see their workflow. We also ensured all reports where responsive meaning that directors and managers could track progress wherever they where.
