Gaining impartial feedback from individuals who are not involved in the business can provide a completely new outlook on your website. Initially try targeting reliable individuals outside your business who fit inside your target market. Any advice on sections which appeal/do not appeal to them can highlight what’s good about your website but do not be afraid to ask for suggestions on websites they really like. They will become a tool for designing your new website. However if you do not have the accessibility to ask your target market, find impartial friends and family for their advice, the more opinions you get, the better.
